Office Coordinator III
The College of Arts and Sciences Advising and Career Services office seeks to fill the role of Office Coordinator III. The Office Coordinator III will support the Pre-Health advising team during the busy times (December-July) and will then transition to the main advising office during the rest of the year.
Reporting to the Director of Pre-Health, the Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting student records management and other critical functions of the Pre-Health Advising and Career Services team, as well as the main advising office, serving Arts and Sciences and Maxwell students. The successful candidate will be flexible in adapting to changes in work environment, working partial year in the Pre-Health office, and partial year in the main Advising and Career Services, as workload fluctuation dictates.
This role requires collaboration with the advising team, faculty, and departments to provide outstanding service to our students. The candidate must embrace our university's core value of inclusivity, ensuring that all students and constituents of the university are served in a caring, respectful, transparent, and authentic manner.
University Vision: Syracuse University aspires to be a pre-eminent and inclusive student-focused research university, preparing engaged citizens, scholars, and leaders for participation in a changing global society.

o Encouraging global study, experiential learning, interdisciplinary scholarship, creativity, and entrepreneurial endeavors

o Fostering a richly diverse and inclusive community of learning and opportunity
o Promoting a culture of innovation and discovery
o Supporting faculty, staff, and student collaboration in creative activity and research that address emerging opportunities and societal needs
o Maintaining pride in our location and history as a place of access, engagement, innovation, and impact
