**Necessary Skills / Attributes**
Position summary and project details: This role is an exciting opportunity with the Digital Care group at Samsung. Digital Care is a key growth area within the Customer Care division. Our goal is to provide exceptional digital experiences to customers across web, email, chat, mobile and social channels for the entire suite of Samsung products in the U.S. The MBA summer intern will work on actual exciting projects that are on the cutting edge of Digital Care, focusing on chat, social and/or email. In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will: Focus on 1-2 larger projects related to our chat / email / social roadmap in 2018. The below are likely candidates for projects, of which one or two will be chosen as get closer to the summer:
* Email - sunsetting of current platform
* Managing the implementation of chatbot in FB Messenger
* Maintenance and upkeep of Community Advocacy Program Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage Digital Care projects from planning to implementation
* Develop business cases and perform related analyses
* Compile and validate business requirements
* Influence user experience; provide feedback on UX/UI, designs, scripts, etc. as needed
* Refine and focus product strategy when needed
* Contribute to team presentations as needed
* Liaise with product and technology cross functional teams to ensure progress, and adherence to business requirements
* Liaise with contact center in incorporating new and improved digital channels into operational workflows
* Ensure reporting is in place and KPIs are tracked to assess success of new programs Degree/Background/Experience Required:
* In MBA program at accredited university
* 2-3 years' experience in digital product management, or comparable applicable experience. Other relevant experiences could include: o Engineering background on a web-based product or an app o User experience design o Digital marketing
* Comfort level with business case development, and with technology
* Experience with gathering and validating business requirements and acceptance criteria
* Experience navigating large, complex organizations Internship Eligibility:
* Must be enrolled in an accredited University
* Maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA
* Provide proper work authorization to University Relations
* Attend New Hire Orientation on first day
