Director of Operations, College of Arts and Sciences and Maxwell
Reporting directly to the Assistant Dean for Student Success in the College of Arts and Sciences, this is a newly created role to supervise, monitor and manage all administration and operations for academic and career advising for students in CAS and Maxwell. Responsibilities include: employing metrics and data analysis to develop and implement practical solutions to complex problems related to academic advising; understanding and communicating the needs of advising center staff and students to the administration for the improvement of academic advising; and facilitating the exchange of academic advising information between students, faculty, and administrators.
