Administrative Specialist I
The College of Arts and Sciences Advising and Career Services office seeks to fill the role of Administrative Specialist I. Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Student Services, the Admin Specialist supports the work of the Assistant Dean and the Director of Advising. Primary responsibilities include logistical and administrative support, organizing meetings and calendars, coordinating, planning, budgeting, and executing department special events, and general support to the department. This role requires collaboration with the advising team, faculty, and departments to provide outstanding service to our students. The candidate must embrace our university's core value of inclusivity, ensuring that all students and constituents of the university are served in a caring, respectful, transparent, and authentic manner.
